Services Act 2019) (“the Corporate Services Provider”). Information ‘About Us’ can be found on our website, http://www.acquarius.gi, which is owned and operated by us.
“ISP equipment failure” refers to a situation where an Internet Service Provider (ISP) is unable to deliver any part of its services, which can include a failure to meet the minimum performance levels or minimum service levels.
