Nick co-founded the Acquarius Trust Group in 1998 and remains a key member of the Acquarius leadership team, as a Non-Executive Director.
Called to the Bar of England & Wales in 1990 and the Bar of Gibraltar in 1991, Nick remains a practicing senior Barrister with regular appearances before the Gibraltar Supreme Court and its appeal courts, the Court of Appeal and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. Nick is also a Trust and Estates Practitioner (TEP) and an Insolvency Practitioner.
Nick is highly regarded professional and a recommended individual in Chambers Global with a focus on Insolvency and Employment Law. He is regularly instructed by leading Accountancy Firms, Insolvency Practitioners, Statutory Bodies in addition to insurance companies and international law firms. Nick is the former Chairman of the Gibraltar Finance Centre Council, and the Association of Trust and Company Managers. Nick is also a Non-Executive Director of Savills Gibraltar, and the Managing Partner of Cruzlaw LLP.
Nick spends most of his spare time with his wife Leigh-Anne and their three children.
They are all very active and enjoy walking, skiing and sailing. Walking holidays in the Spanish Mountains and Scottish Highlands are a family favourite.
Oliver joined Acquarius in 2013 and relocated to Gibraltar in 2016. He brings with him a 25-year career and a vast amount of knowledge and experience of both Private and Corporate clients.
At Acquarius, Oliver’s mission is to deliver excellence to the firm's clients through the creation of a high-performing team of dedicated professionals, who love what they do and operate within a great place to work.
Oliver is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a Diploma in the Principles of International Taxation issued by the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Oliver is also a Non-Executive Director of Savills Gibraltar and currently serves as Chairman of the Association of Trust and Company Managers (ATCOM). ATCOM is represents the interest of the sector in Gibraltar, interfacing with Government and key stakeholders, contributing to regulation & legislation, promotion and learning.
Oliver spends most of his time with his wife, three children and his dog, Gaia. They have a passion for cooking and entertaining, food friendship and laughter.
He is a keen sportsman, coaching youth rugby and enjoys giving back to our local community.
Paul joined the Acquarius Team in 2015, as the then Chief Operating Officer and an Executive member of the Board. Paul retired in 2022 and but continues his journey with Acquarius as our Non-Executive Chairman.
Originally from Suffolk, Paul joined the then National Westminster Bank straight from school. Having enjoyed a successful career, mainly throughout the Southeast of England, in 1998 he joined the bank’s offshore corporate team. Before leaving NatWest International, Paul led the Gibraltar Financial Institutions and Local Business Banking teams.
Paul is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and has in excess of 40 years’ experience in banking, and financial services.
Paul enjoys spending his time with his wife, Eileen, and their children.
Paul is an active golfer and is keen to lower his golf handicap. If not on the golf course, Paul can be found working on his classic car.
Leigh-Anne joined the Acquarius Team in 2012 and plays an active role within the Finance team alongside her role as a Non-Executive Director.
She completed her training at Ernst & Young in the early 1990’s then moved to Willis Corroon in Gibraltar to specialise in the Captive Insurance sector. In 1998 she joined BDO to continue her work in the Captive Insurance industry reporting to the Financial Services Commission and assisted in licence applications of insurance companies including Admiral Insurance.
Leigh-Anne is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and holds an Insurance Foundation Certificate.
Leigh-Anne spends most of her spare time with her husband and their three children.
They are all very active and enjoy walking, skiing and sailing. Walking holidays in the Scottish Highlands are a family favourite.
Gareth joined our team at Acquarius as Chief Operating Officer in June 2022.
With over 20 years of experience in two highly regulated finance centers, Gareth is dedicated to ensuring the efficient operation and compliance of Acquarius. His role involves overseeing compliance and operational efficiency, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards. He thrives in leadership roles, where he enjoys simplifying complex processes through strategic planning and execution.
Gareth's passion lies in fostering collaborative and compliant work cultures, driven by inspiring leadership, continuous coaching, and professional development. He is committed to empowering teams to achieve their best through motivation, mentorship, and a clear vision.
Before joining Acquarius, Gareth had a fulfilling 23-year career with the RBS Group in the Isle of Man and Gibraltar. His qualifications include an Applied Diploma in Corporate Banking (IFS), the RBS Certificate in Credit (IFS), and a Diploma in Lending Skills (Chartered Banker Institute).
Having settled into Gibraltar and its warmer climate, Gareth spends most of his time outdoors, enjoying the City of Gibraltar and the countryside of Spain, along with his wife, their two children, and rescue dog, Amaro.
Gareth enjoys reading, exercise, and supporting the local community, raising money for charities close to his heart.
Born and raised in Jersey, Ian began his career with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, where he spent 24 years working in London, Spain, and the Bahamas. His career encompassed both private and corporate banking before he specialised in offshore services globally.
In 2003, Ian transitioned to the international Trust and Corporate Service Provider (TCSP) sector, joining a group with over 20 offices worldwide. He relocated to Gibraltar, where he led the group's largest office for twelve years.
After returning to the UK, Ian became an independent consultant in 2019, offering his expertise to clients and regulated firms over four years. In late 2023, he joined Acquarius as a Consultant, based in Somerset in England’s West Country. His role includes creating written content and advising on UK-related matters.
Ian qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) and is fluent in both French and Spanish. He was a founding member and the UK Chairman of the Offshore Institute, serving also on its international executive. Throughout his career, Ian has been a regular contributor to newspapers and magazines, discussing relevant industry topics. He also hosted Business Matters, a show on YGTV in Gibraltar.
Ian is married and a passionate traveller, having visited over 100 countries. A keen art lover, he maintains a modest but growing collection. He is an aviation fanatic and gained his Private Pilot’s licence in 2002.
Ian first became involved with the Rotary International movement in 1980 and remains an active member of the Rotary Club of Crewkerne District.
Tamara joined the Acquarius Team in 2022 and leads our Technical Team.
Tamara is highly skilled with a specialism with all operational and compliance matters. Tamara has worked in financial services in the Isle of Man and Gibraltar for over 20-years, and has extensive experience in corporate secretarial services, company management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
Tamara is an approved Company Manager (Directorships) and has vast experienced as an Experienced Investor Fund Director, Compliance Officer, Compliance Manager, and Money Laundering Reporting Officer, for both law firms and other fiduciary service providers.
Tamara enjoys spending time with her husband, Andy, and children, is a cinema fan and an avid F1 follower.
She enjoys swimming, art and baking. Both Tamara and Andy love to travel and experience new cultures.
Sharon joined the Acquarius team in 2023 and was a key member of the Team that launched our rebrand. Sharon leads on all matters relating to the promotion of Acquarius at home and abroad.
Trained in the UK at Nottingham University achieving a degree in Media and Marketing, Sharon led an interesting and varied career in the UK working for several large companies within marketing and advertising before taking a 10-year career break to start her family.
Sharon spends most of her time with her husband and twin daughters, who keep her busy.
She loves to cook and entertain friends and family. She spends time reading and sewing and is very creative with arts and crafts.

Andy joined the Acquarius Team in 2022 as our Compliance Officer.
After concluding his studies at the University of Lancaster, he began his career in financial services in the Isle of Man. Andy has vast experience with securities, funds, and accounting.
Andy has a passion for professional development and innovation, utlising technology to simplify the most complex of tasks. During his time in Gibraltar, Andy has played an active role with the Gibraltar Fund and Investment Association (GFIA), and holds the Gibraltar Association of Compliance Officers, Certificate in Compliance.
Andy enjoys watching sport, firms, and dining out, with his wife, Tamara, and two children.
Both Andy and Tamara love to travel and experience new cultures.
Lorraine joined the Acquarius Team in 2001 and is responsible for the efficient and effective running of our Internal Finance Team.
Lorraine is one of our many successes and a tribute to the impact that our people have on our business. Starting straight out of school as an office junior, Lorraine's natural flair and ability for numeric problems coupled with vasts amounts of determination, grit and above all loyalty, progressed her through our business to now lead our internal finance team as our Financial Controller.
Fondly referred to as our CEO (Chief Emotional Officer), Lorraine has a passion for people, demonstrating professional empathy, understanding, and an uncanny ability to solve problems.
Lorraine spends most of her spare time with her husband, children, and pets.
She loves early mornings in the gym, weekend camping and has a passion for travel.
Zyna joined Acquarius in 2013 and is a core member of our Internal Finance Team.
Amongst a variety of duties, Zyna's core responsibility is to oversee the efficient, and friendly(!), Accounts Receivable department.
Joining the Gibraltar Financial Services sector straight from school, Zyna has progressed and developed through hard work, determination and an unwavering focus on supporting the people around her, ensuring that she is a core contributor of any team that she is part of.
Zyna made the difficult decision to leave us in 2015 to try something completely new and set-up her own successful company, specialising in personal and corporate event planning.
Luckily for us, Zyna missed us and re-joined Acquarius in 2020.
Zyna enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
She loves to organise social events, and games nights for both family and friends. She has a love of music and dancing.
Unsurprisingly, Zyna is our social events coordinator, here at Acquarius!
Jenice joined the Acquarius Team in 2001 as a company manager.
During her career Jenice has held various positions and has vast experience in company management and company administration. She has been approved and regulated as a Responsible Individual (RI) and served as a director of our various client servicing fiduciary companies.
Jenice's role is now split between our company management team and our internal finance team.
Jenice has a meticulous eye for detail a passion for team work. After more than 20 years with Acquarius she is a testament to the impact that our people have on our business.
Jenice enjoys spending time with her family, and socialising with friends.
She also enjoys keeping active and has a passion for netball.
Laura joined the Acquarius Team in 2023, and manages a portfolio of valued clients, both private and corporate. Laura is passionate about her clients and excels at building and maintaining relationships.
Laura began her career in corporate services sector following her A levels in 2009 and has since worked for a number of Gibraltars top tier firms.
After a short career break, and period of remote freelance work, Laura chose to return to the corporate services sector, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Laura is qualified as a Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP) and holds a professional qualification in management.
Laura enjoys spending her spare time in the great outdoors, travelling and generally being active, with her husband and two young children.
Kathryn joined the Acquarius Team in 2019 as part of an acquisition of Merchant Services, the corporate services arm of Deloitte Gibraltar.
Kathryn joined Deloitte/ Merchant Services in 2008 and today manages a portfolio of valued clients many of which have been with her years before her Acquarius days. Kathryn is passionate about her clients and excels at understanding complex client needs.
Kathryn studied Chemical Engineering at Loughborough University before working as a Process Engineer for six years, relocating to Gibraltar in 2007.
Kathryn is an Associate of the Institute Chartered of Secretaries and Administrators.
Kathryn enjoys spending time with her husband and two active boys, who keep her very busy with all their social activities.
She loves to exercise and actively supports children’s athletics in Gibraltar.
Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and socialising with friends.
He is a dedicated fan of Formula 1, enjoys reading and traveling to explore new Cities.
Martin joined the Acquarius Team in 2022 and manages a portfolio of valued clients, both private and corporate.
Since commencing his career in the financial services industry in 2015, Martin has held various roles within other fiduciary companies, specialising in company and trust management, and pension administration.
Prior to 2015, Martin worked as a customer service and quality control specialist in the ironmongery industry, where he was responsible for innovation and the use of technology to improve the customer experience. This commercial experience has given Martin an exceptional level of pragmatism and a passion for service level excellence.
Martin is passionate about personal development and completed the Professional Diploma of Competence in Gibraltar Financial Services in 2023.
Martin enjoys racket sports such as padel tennis, badminton, and squash.
He aspires to become a proficient drummer and loves all styles of music.
Paula joined the Acquarius Team in January 2024 bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our trust and company management team.
Paula possesses an exceptional talent for cultivating strong and lasting relationships, with a natural ability to comprehend and address the intricate and multifaceted needs of our clients.
Prior to joining Acquarius Paula had already spent 25 years in the fiduciary business in Gibraltar, serving on the Boards of several corporate service providers.
Paula is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners with 20 years post qualified experience.
Paula can usually be found at the stables with her daughter and her horse, and their four rescue dogs.
She was a keen sportswoman in her younger years and now wants to try her hand at rally driving.
Craig joined the Acquarius Team in 2024 and manages a portfolio of valued clients, both private and corporate.
Born and raised in Gibraltar, Craig graduated from Plymouth University with a degree in Maritime Business and Maritime Law. His knowledge and exposure in this field introduced him to the corporate industry, where his passion now lies. Since commencing his career in the financial services industry, Craig has held various roles within other fiduciary companies, specialising in company management and administration.
Craig has had experience in both the Maritime and Corporate industries, gaining pivotal skills centred around facilitating client requests in a professional and efficient manner. Providing an exemplary service to client corporate needs and fostering strong relationships lies at the core of Craig’s ambition at Acquarius.
Craig is a military history enthusiast, avid bird watcher and a true lover of football.
He enjoys training at the gym, reading and keeping up to date with geopolitical affairs.
Craig is passionate about the environment and spending quality time with family and loved ones.
John is a Company Administrator and keeps us meticulously organised.
Before joining Acquarius in 2009, John had an active role with the Gibraltar Defense Police where he enjoyed a varied role.
Acquarius is very much the benefactor of John's structure and diligence!
John has a keen interest in colleague wellbeing and is one of our wellbeing champions and mental health first aiders.
John along with his wife, Teresa, are both musicians. John enjoys writing poems, composing music and lyrics, plays the piano as well as the bagpipes.
John and Teresa won wide acclaim for writing the music for a short film, called “Referendum”, in 2023.
Denise joined the Acquarius Team in 2014 as a client accountant and now heads our Client Accounting Team.
After obtaining a Mathematics and Business degree (Hons), Denise joined PwC as a trainee accountant before joining Acquarius in 2014.
Having demonstrated an excellent aptitude for management and control of our client portfolio she was promoted to team leader in 2021 and is now responsible for the efficient and effective running of our Client Accounting Team. The team is responsible for preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts, the preparation of year-end financial statements and the preparation of tax returns for our client companies.
Denise enjoys spending her spare time with her family, and socialising with friends.
Denise is passionate about exercise, travel and enjoys experiencing new cultures.
Roselyne joined the team at Acquarius in 2015 as an assistant client accountant. Roselyne has a large portfolio of clients and is responsible for end-to-end accounting, from bookkeeping through to the preparation of statutory accounts.
Roselyne studied Law and Business in Indonesia. After completing further studies in International Business Law and Economics in the Netherlands, she discovered a passion for various aspects of accounting.
Roselyne is presently studying for the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT), at the University of Gibraltar. Roselyne has a keen interest in colleague wellbeing and is one of our wellbeing champions and mental health first aiders.
Roselyne spends most of her spare time with her husband and children, who now call Gibraltar their home.

Camille joined Acquarius in January 2023 bringing with here vast experience in bookkeep and payroll administration.
Before joining Acquarius, Camille worked in the hospitality sector, where she was responsible for the accounts and payroll for eight restaurants in Gibraltar. She enjoyed what was a varied role, in a fast-paced environment, where she had to be organised and efficient to excel.
Camille studied Accounts and Finance at the University of Barcelona and is presently studying for the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) at the University of Gibraltar.
Camille has a keen interest in the environment, and is leading our Sustainability initiatives, focused on reducing our collective carbon footprint and setting a positive example in Gibraltar.
Camille spends most of her spare time with her husband, riding motorcycles along Spain's coastal paths, camping, and kayaking off the coast of Andalucia.
She has a passion for exercise and cooking.
Georgia joined Acquarius as a Company Administrator in May 2022 having relocated to Gibraltar from the Isle of Man, where she worked in the financial services sector.
Georgia studied History at the University of Liverpool where she earned a first-class Bachelor of Arts Degree. During her time at University, Georgia set up a baking business, specialising in bread and cakes, keeping clients well fed during Covid-19.
Georgia is currently training as an accountant and studying for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification.
Georgia has a keen interest in colleague wellbeing and is one of our wellbeing champions and mental health first aiders.
Georgia enjoys spending time with her partner, trying new food recipes, going to the gym and running.
She enjoys travel, reading and reviewing books via her own blog.
Pepe has been with Acquarius for 14 years and is a familiar face around the streets and businesses of Gibraltar.
Pepe is responsible for organising collection and delivery of important documents and mail to and from our office.
It’s fair to say that he is an essential part of our business, keeping meticulous records, and moving anything from A to B with minimum fuss!
Before Joining Acquarius, Pepe had a distinguished 40 year career within the Ministry of Defense in Gibraltar. Upon retiring, Pepe quickly realised that he wanted a new challenge, and joined us, to instill some military rigor!
Pepe was a sportsman in his younger days and still keeps fit today.
Pepe along with his wife, Marie, of almost 50 years, lovingly support their grandchildren in their successful sporting careers.
