We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Corporate Administrator to join our Relationship Management Team. The Company Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Relationship Management team by ensuring the efficient and effective administration of client structures.
This role involves regular interaction with clients, their advisers, and various departments within Acquarius, as well as third parties such as banks, investment houses, and government agencies. The Company Administrator is responsible for maintaining high service standards and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of client entities.
- Maintain and update client records accurately and promptly.
- Handle communication with clients and intermediaries, providing exceptional service.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in preparing documents and reports as needed.
If you are:
