The Private Fund

Private fund schemes are permitted under the Financial Services (Collective Investment Schemes) Act 2011.

Such funds are offered privately to a maximum of 50 participants who are within an identifiable category. Typically, private funds are suited to a group of individuals who wish to manage collective investments within a fund structure.
