Kathryn Gordon

ACIS

Kathryn grew up in the UK where she studied Chemical Engineering at Loughborough University before working as a Process Engineer for  6 years in a consultancy setting. She moved to Gibraltar in 2007 and started working at Deloitte in 2008 in the Company and Trust department, where she completed her training as a chartered secretary and administrator.

She gained over 10 years’ experience developing strong  relationships with a variety of both corporate and individual clients.  At Deloitte and now at Acquarius she is responsible for a varied book of business including a number of high net worth clients.  Kathryn is experienced in all aspect of company administration, from incorporations, ongoing management and the documenting of corporate actions through to eventual sale or liquidation.  In her 10 + year career she has supported a number of complex corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions  and changes to ownership structures.

Kathryn is an Associate of the Institute Chartered of Secretaries and Administrators.
